Indonesia lives and breathes to the rhythm of its volcanoes.

Located between the Indian and Pacific oceans tectonic plates, the Indonesian archipelago has more than 500 volcanoes, of which about a hundred are still active.

As a source of many legends, from Sumatra to Sulawesi, Java, Bali and Lombok, they influence the daily life of the locals, while offering a magnificent natural setting different from any other landscape.
