Synopsis

In New Caledonia, the authorities have been dealing for several years with the massive intrusion of Vietnamese boats that come to fish illegally in the EEZs of the Pacific countries.

The patrol boat Jasmin, a small vessel with only 11 crew members, is trying to enforce France's sovereign rights over a maritime territory as large as Europe.
