CIERTO ESTUDIO

To each their own path

An episode from the series ANIMALS ARQUITECTES

Synopsis

Cierto Estudio is a collective of six women who are imagining the city of the 21st century.

Before turning 25, they won the most important public housing competition in Barcelona in recent years. Thanks to them, Plaça de les Glòries will be home to an innovative and sustainable building made of wood and designed with a gender-sensitive approach.

However, this is not the only major competition they have won; their project for Consell de Cent Street, for example, embodies a transformation of public space based on the principles of renaturalization and inclusion.
