Synopsis

On August 11, 1987, the lifeless body of a young girl showing multiple signs of beating and mutilation was discovered on the side of a highway.

The family was the prime suspect, but investigators quickly found themselves at a dead end because they were unable to identify the victim.

It would take almost 30 years for the investigation to move forward. In October 2016, following a routine arrest, DNA analysis of a 34-year-old man revealed that he was the girl's brother.
