Monique Valette is one of the few in France to reproduce the ancestral gestures of her grandmother, from whom she learned everything. Jonas Parienté collects recipes from grandmothers worldwide in a series of videos. As for chef Georges Blanc, head of France's oldest Michelin-starred restaurant, he revisits the dishes that made his grandmother a gastronomic icon in the 1930s.
