Nicaragua is a temple to biodiversity. It’s a land made of lakes, volcanoes and a dense tropical jungle. Its friendly people, living in colonial towns, are better approached through the local legends, songs and poetry which tell of a rich history.
In this first part, we discover Managua, the capital, and colonial cities such as Leon and Granada. Then we head to the picturesque Pacific coast and to some of the most awesome of Nicaragua’s 40 volcanoes.
