In the heart of the Amazonian forest, the Tumuc-Humac region is a restricted area where no one has, supposedly, ever lived.
However, according to local legend, this region was home to Kailawa, a powerful warrior and shaman who once ruled an unified the inhabitants who came to be known as the Wayanas people.
During a month-long expedition, scientists researched the reality behind this mysterious Amazonian legend.
